How We Do It

Our proprietary Real Re$ults System is a step-by-step approach to reaching your real estate goals as quickly and easily as possible.  Go! provides expertise, solutions and accountability from start to finish so that you’re absolutely taken care of without exception. 

Our job is to coordinate the efforts of the entire Go! team so that your objectives are achieved through the efficiency and power of team synergy.  There are thousands of real estate agents who can show you houses and write an offer but very few will lead you competently through the home buying experience while helping you to avoid costly mistakes. We’re not interested in just making satisfied customers.  We’re committed to having you be so THRILLED that you become a raving fan who confidently refers all your friends and family to Go! The Real Re$ults System

Our comprehensive process consists of five key steps: 

Step 1 – Consultation

Your first introduction to Go! Real Estate will typically happen by phone.  The phone consultation is not a sales call but an opportunity for us to better understand your needs and assess the resources we can provide to assist you in taking the next step.  It’s a chance for you to ask questions and to ensure that your home sale or purchase questions are really heard.  Our goal is to provide you with all the information you’ll need to decide if we’re a good fit for each other.  When you’re ready to move forward, we schedule an in-person meeting and take it from there.

Even if you’re not ready to proceed, we’ll still send you a $5 Starbucks Gift Card as our way of saying thanks! 

Step 2 – Preparation

Once you’ve chosen us to represent you, we spring into action! 

For homebuyers: We don’t just want to put you into the game without first preparing you.  We’ll begin by counselling you toward having a financial pre-approval letter in hand so that when you fall in love with a house, you’ll be absolutely ready to make a strong offer.  For first-time buyers, we’ll review the entire process ahead of time to alleviate any concerns and prepare you to buy your home with CONFIDENCE! 

For home sellers: We’ll meet at your home to conduct an assessment of your property and determine:      

  • any features of your home that could be enhanced to yield a higher selling price
  • a reasonable listing price based on a free Comparative Market Analysis
  • the best selling strategy based upon your timeframe and goals 

Step 3 – Presentation

This is where the fun begins…

Home buyers will begin to receive timely listings of screened properties based on your customized criteria.  Unlike most agents, we don’t just set up an automated search that bombards you with e-mail of houses that are unsuitable for your needs, instead we personally review all new homes that match your wish list because only a human being can successfully sort out those properties you’d really be interested in. That’s just one example of how we save you time and energy! Then we’ll tour your selected homes with you in person and further narrow-down your wish list. 

Home sellers will receive an array of professionally-produced materials to successfully market your home.  After your home is cleaned and prepped for the market, a yard sign and key box will be put in place. Prospective buyers and agents will now be able to view your property by way of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.  Go! Real Estate offers you a selection of Hi-Tech & Hi-Touch marketing packages appropriate to your budget and home sales plan to ensure that your home receives the maximum number of viewings as quickly as possible.

Step 4 – Negotiation

Professional negotiation is the most critical step in the entire home purchase or sale process.  Once you’ve made or received an offer, ensuing negotiations can either make or break the deal.  During this time, all of the interested parties are involved in a give-and-take process. Go! Real Estate prides ourselves on our combination of expert negotiating skills, vast experience and crystal clear communication with all parties concerned. Go! Real Estate’s Team includes a former federal litigator with fifteen years’ experience negotiating complex agreements.  Ask our competitors to match this asset.  Our expertise during critical negotiations alleviates the stress that so many people associate with buying or selling a home. We exercise our fiduciary duty to advocate your best interest while doing everything possible to see the transaction through to its successful conclusion.   

Step 5 – Celebration

Only when the loan is funded, the deed recorded, and the keys are placed in your hands is our job done.  Even then, we continue to support you buy connecting you with whatever you might need to facilitate your move.  Unlike our competitors, once you’ve moved into your new home, you don’t become a past client but a new friend and neighbor …
